
You're heard that writing down your goals makes you more likely to accomplish them right? Well it's true! In fact, writing down your goals makes you 42% more likely to accomplish them. 42%! That's a big difference.
I like having a visual (especially a cute one!) so I created a printable that I felt would work well for me in making my monthly goals and I filled it out and hung it on my fridge. I created a space for a "word" of the month...just something I want to focus on for the month (e.g. my word for January is "REAL". I want to focus on being more authentic and true to myself this month). I also created sections for three different goals, plus "small steps" to help me accomplish each of them and a place to record struggles and successes each week. I ended it all with a place to write a REWARD to help motivate myself.
I posted about this printable on Instagram and had quite a few requests from people wanting it for themselves (yay for goals!) so I decided to put it here on my blog so you can download it and get started on some goals for yourself.
