I've never been a fan of nachos. I know that's kind of strange but I've just never loved them. That is UNTIL the hubs and I made these nachos with my FAVORITE chips (Tostitos Hint of Lime Chips...they are amazing and so addictive). We couldn't decide what to put on them so we decided to do two different kinds on the same pan, half-and-half nachos. I posted about the nachos we made on Instagram the other day and had a few requests for the recipe so here is it!

Half-and-Half Nachos (Chicken Spinach and Beef Taco)

(I didn't list amounts because you can put as much or as little of everything as you want and it will also be based on how big your pan is)

- Hint of Lime chips (enough to cover your pan)

- Tomatoes, diced

- Olives, sliced

- Shredded colby jack cheese

- Guacamole

- Canned chicken

- Spinach dip

- Cilantro

- Ground beef

- Taco seasoning packet

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees

2. Spread tortillas chips on a sheet/baking sheet, cover pan with one layer of chips

3. Cook ground beef with taco seasoning packet and place on half the chips

4. Drain canned chicken and mix with spinach dip - when well mixed spread on the OTHER half of the chips

5. Sprinkle chopped cilantro on chicken half

6. Sprinkle diced tomatoes, sliced olives and cheese over entire pan (both sides)

7. Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes (or until cheese is melted)

8. Remove from oven, let cool and enjoy with fresh guacamole!

ljscrapsx5 - I just used the "Marketside" brand Spinach Dip from Wal-mart. It's super good!
